The HandyFuge can help spin down your sample to the bottom of the tube or well and help to expunge bubbles that may have formed during pipetting.  For example, in real time experiments we were able to increase reproducibility and lower CV of replicate wells by using the HandyFuge.

In the data below you can see a 2 fold decrease in the standard deviation and 2 fold decrease in the delta CT Max to Min.
